Dr. Michael Lucas, Founder and Principal Manufacturing Advisor, is a Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia with three decades of experience applying robotics and automation to manufacturing and intralogistics optimisation across four continents and a diverse array of industries. He has had pivotal roles in landmark manufacturing projects such as designing and implementing Tesla’s gigafactories and their global supply chain optimisation. Michael has delivered manufacturing solutions for companies spanning clean energy, automotive, intralogistics, food and beverage, biomedical, furniture, FMCG, prefabricated construction and beyond. With several patents arising from his work, Michael has been at the forefront of advancing sustainable manufacturing and material flow technologies with robotics, AI, and automation.
